（科目名称：英语语言学基础 科目代码:809）
一、考查目标
英语语言学基础考试的目的是测试考生的英语语言学相关基础知识和英语语言分析及运用能力，要求考生初步了解和掌握现代语言学的基本知识、基本理论和研究方法；正确理解和分析语言的起源、特性、功能和内部各层次；对语言学概念和术语进行合理解释；了解语言研究中各领域所取得的典型成果及发展趋势；初步运用相关语言学理论和方法去尝试分析和研究语言中的实际问题，为研究生阶段的学习打好较扎实的基础。
二、考试形式与试卷结构
（一）试卷成绩及考试时间
本试卷满分为150分，考试时间180分钟。
（二）答题方式
答题方式为闭卷、笔试。
（三）试卷题型结构
选择题：10小题，每小题2分，共20分；
填空题：每空2分，共20分；
名词解释题：5小题，每小题6分，共30分；
简答或分析题：4小题，每小题10分，共40分；
论述题：2小题，每小题20分，共40分。
